Following the first question, how many applicants apply and get through to the interview stage?
Can’t say for definite as still open but last year we had about 20,000 applications to the whole Scheme. Not expecting that many this year.
Will invite about 1,200 to interview.
Thank you. Any particular reason for a smaller turn out than last year?
We ran two campaigns last year - HA went out later & attracted lots of graduates who were still job hunting. We are still expecting 16,000+ This year
