“ How best can I prepare for the assessment centre? ”

Hi, I'm a current general management trainee. My biggest tips for the assessment centre is to keep up to date with the news, look again at the Healthcare Leadership Model and the STAR technique when answering questions. But most importantly relax, the assessment centre is good fun and you do not want to stress yourself out. Have a look at some of the blogs written by current trainees for tips but I would recommend reading this fantastic blog written by my colleague Freya: www.nhsgraduates.co.uk/connect/blogs/201…

Best of luck! Harriet
