NHS Graduate Management Trainee – General, NHS

They will ask you questions that assess your leadership qualities, so they will focus on picking out ways in which you demonstrate you're a natural leader.
There will be a focus on quality based questions, they want to see self reflection and learnings. I am afraid it has been nearly 2 years since I've had my interview so I am unable to recall the specifics, but so long as you expect to be asked questions about your leadership abilities you should be able to prepare good quality examples in advance.
