Policy Management Graduate Trainee 2017 Intake, NHS

Hello,
Personally I started the gradscheme straight after university so did not have any employed work experience beforehand.

However, I had done a lot of volunteer work including two 6 week volunteer internships which gave me an insight into coordination/management type work , so I knew I would enjoy that aspect of the scheme. Also those experiences gave me examples to draw on in my interview.

It’s important in the video interview to show that you have taken opportunities to lead and work with others, such as coaching a sports team, organising a campaign or helping in a kids club.

I hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions.
Best, Laura
