Taome J. asked a question
during the live chat Q&A on the new NHS Graduate Scheme: The Department of Health & Social Care Health Policy Fast Track Scheme
to NHS Recruitment Team
Hi Taome, some examples of the work the department does can be found here: www.gov.uk/government/news/uUK response to the ebola outbreak in north kivudrc, https://antimicrobial-resistance-amr-information-and-resources/, https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/multi-agency-statutory-guidance-on-female-genital-mutilation, https://www.gov.uk/government/case-studies/artificial-intelligence-robots-in-ipswich-hospital, https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/chief-medical-officer-on-the-amesbury-nerve-agent-incident, https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-nhs-app-will-make-it-quicker-and-easier-to-access-health-services
Some of these I think are good examples of where we have used analysis, data and statistics
Thank you for taking the time to answer that for me - I will have a read !
The main difference between the DHSC scheme and the policy scheme is that DHSC is a part of the Civil Service and so works more closely with ministers and central policy, the terms and conditions are different too
