Hi!

I have a 2.2 in Anthropology, worked part time as a home career for 3 years whilst at university and currently work as a administration officer for the last 4.5 years.

I am currently completing mini HR certificate courses online. I wonder if there is anything else that I can do to help me prepare for this NHS scheme to ensure I'm successful for 2014 entry.

Hi Flavia, you seem to have a lot of experience to draw upon in your interview. I would look at the NHS as a whole; make sure it is for you. Investigate common themes as to why it is in the news and have a look at the recommendations set out in the Francis Report. Join twitter (if you’re not already on there) follow NHS employees such as; Helen Bevan and organisation like; HSJ, The Kings Fund, NHS Change Model and the Leadership Academy for up to date information. Hope that helps :)
